STUDENTS CAN STILL APPLY FOR $350,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS FROM MCCC FOR 2025-26 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has extended the deadline for current and future students to apply for over $350,000 of scholarship funding available for the 2025-26 academic year to March 31, 2025. The online scholarship application can be found at www.monroeccc.edu/scholarships. By completing the single application students will potentially and automatically be considered for dozens of scholarships. Read Press Release

CONSUMERS ENERGY FOUNDATION AWARDS $5,000 GRANT TO THE FOUNDATION AT MCCC FOR CULTURAL ENRICHMENT

Monroe County Community College celebrates 10th anniversary of developing skills for in-demand careers with DTE Energy Foundation

Monroe County Community College (MCCC) and the DTE Energy Foundation today celebrated the 10th anniversary of their partnership in MCCC’s Nuclear Engineering Technology (NUET) Program. The NUET program was established in response to increasing demand for highly skilled professionals in the nuclear power industry in the region including DTE’s Fermi 2 nuclear power plant. Eleven initiatives at Monroe County Community College recently received grant award notification during a virtual awards ceremony hosted by The Foundation at MCCC.
