The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the William A. Noseworthy Memorial Scholarship to Charlotte Jones. The $1,000 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees, supplies and books.
Jones, of Monroe, is a 2023 graduate of St. Mary Catholic Central High School. She is working toward her Associate of Science degree while at MCCC and serves as a notetaker for fellow students in biology and chemistry classes. Charlotte is the daughter of Janeen and Bryan Jones.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled part-time, be a resident of the state of Michigan and have a 3.0 grade point average. Highest preference shall be given to students with a demonstrated financial need.
