Monroe County Community College is offering a one-night Women's Self Defense Seminar on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, from 7 - 8:30 p.m. in the Welch Health Education Building on the Main Campus, 1555 S. Raisinville Road, Monroe, MI.
The class will cover simple self-defense strategies designed to help women protect themselves from potential attack, including how to recognize threatening situations, methods of responding to threatening situations and how to mentally and emotionally gather the confidence needed to survive an attack.
