The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Student Government Aim & Achieve Scholarship to Kaytlyn Kaires. The $500 scholarship is for tuition, books and fees.
Kaires, of Monroe, is a 2014 graduate of Ida High School. She is studying cybersecurity and information assurance at MCCC and is the historian for Student Government. Kaytlyn is the daughter of Patti and Kenneth Kaires and Donna Delgado and the significant other to Ryan Upham.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be an active member of the MCCC Student Government and remain active during the term of the scholarship, as well as maintain a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
