THE FOUNDATION AT MCCC AWARDS THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT AIM AND ACHIEVE SCHOLARSHIP

The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Student Government Aim & Achieve Scholarship to Jewell Mason. The $500 scholarship is for tuition, books and fees.

maon photoMason, of Monroe, is a 2021 homeschool graduate. She is pursuing an associate of science degree at MCCC and is a member of Student Government and a Writing Fellow. She is a 4-H leader for the Cloverbud group, volunteers as an assistant t-ball coach and at the MCOP Food Pantry. Jewell is the daughter of Scott and Kelley Mason.

 

 

To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be an active member of the MCCC Student Government and remain active during the term of the scholarship, as well as maintain a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
