The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Mary L. and Edward P. Kehoe Scholarship to Reese Bowling. The $1,200 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
Bowling, of Carleton, is a 2022 graduate of Michigan Virtual Charter Academy. He is taking general education courses and photography at MCCC. He is a member of Monroe County 4-H Teen Ambassadors and God Works! Reese is the son of Ernest Bowling, Sr. and Lisa Vidaurri-Bowling.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be employed for 30 hours per week, and maintain a part-time student status defined as six credit hours. Preference will be given to a student with financial need.
