THE FOUNDATION AT MCCC AWARDS THE LAKEWOOD MACHINE PRODUCTS CO. HOWARD J. MORRIN MEMORIAL WELDING SCHOLARSHIP

The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Lakewood Machine Products Co. Howard J. Morrin Memorial Welding Scholarship to Evan Wielfaert. The $1,000 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees, books and supplies.

Wielfaert PhotoWielfaert, of Britton, is a 2021 graduate of Britton Deerfield High School. He is currently enrolled in the welding program at MCCC. White at BDHS, he was a member of the National Honor Society and book club and participated in 4-H during the summer. Evan is the son of Allen and Linda Wielfaert.

To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled in a credit or non-credit certificate or degree welding program at MCCC.
