The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the JoAnn Naida LPN to RN Nursing Scholarship to Shelby Pratt. The $1,000 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
Pratt, of Monroe, is a 2014 graduate of Carlson High School, Gibraltar, MI. She is pursuing an LPN to RN nursing degree at MCCC and is a member of the Student Nurses Association. Shelby is the daughter of Scott and Jennifer.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a second-year nursing student enrolled in the Registered Nursing Program, a Monroe County, MI, resident and have a 3.3 grade point average or higher.
