The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the William J. and Hildreth C. Braunlich Memorial Scholarship to Catherine Johns. The $2,850 scholarship is to be used for tuition, books and fees.
Johns, of Monroe, is a 2021 graduate of St. Mary Catholic Central High School. She will be studying nursing at MCCC. Catie is the daughter of Jessica Meyer.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must have graduated from SMCC High School, have shown academic achievement, participated in student activities or community service and demonstrate financial need.
