The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Kimberly Reaume Memorial Scholarship to Amy McBee. The $900 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
McBee, of La Salle, 1995 graduate of Monroe High School. She is studying nursing at MCCC and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Student Nurses Association. Amy is the wife to Kenneth, mother to Gianna and Nico and daughter to Jim and Kathy Petrangelo.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a Monroe County resident, maintain a 2.5 minimum grade point average, maintain a part-time enrollment status, defined as six credit hours, and be enrolled in the registered nursing program.
