The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Eugene and Helen Beach Culinary Arts Scholarship to Hannah Rohmer. The $1,150 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies and other education expenses.
Rohmer, of Petersburg, is a 2020 graduate of Ida High School. She is studying culinary arts while attending MCCC. While attending IHS, she was a member of the Key Club and was also a 4-H member. Hannah is the daughter of Rich Rohmer and Amy Rohmer.
To be eligible for this scholarship a student must enrolled in the Culinary Arts and Foodservice Education program at MCCC, demonstrates a high degree of professional integrity and requires financial assistance.
