THE FOUNDATION AT MCCC AWARDS DR. FLORENCE AMES FINE ART SCHOLARSHIP

Hoefer photoThe Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Dr. Florence Ames Fine Art Scholarship to Ramona Hoefer. The $925 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.

Hoefer, of Monroe, is a 1982 graduate of Elizabethtown High School, Elizabethtown, Kentucky.  She is pursuing a fine arts degree at MCCC and has drawings in the Images Fine Arts Magazine.  Ramona is the daughter of Kathlene, Richard and Rachael Guimond.

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicant must be a full-time, second year student with a concentration in art and have a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average.
