The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Delta Kappa Gamma Society Scholarship to Abbee Taeff-Stotz. The $300 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
Taeff-Stotz, of Ida, is a 2010 graduate of Dundee High School. She is pursuing an associate degree in nursing at MCCC. Taeff-Stotz rescues stray cats in the Ida area. Abbee is the wife to Jesse Stotz and daughter of Albra Taeff and Michael Clark.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must show financial need and must maintain part-time enrollment status, defined as six credit hours or more.
