The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Lewis D. McClure Scholarship to Diego Martinez. The scholarship of $2,000 is to be used for tuition, books, supplies and fees.
Martinez of Monroe is a 2016 graduate of Monroe High School. He is pursuing a business /accounting degree while attending MCCC. He is the son of Beatriz Guerrero-Cervantes.
To be eligible for this scholarship a student must maintain a grade point average of 2.5 or higher, reside in Monroe County, and demonstrate financial need.
