The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Adopt-A-Student Scholarship to Savannah Rutherford. The $104 scholarship, awarded to a Monroe County, Monroe, Michigan, student who is in good academic standing, is to be used for tuition, books and fees.
Rutherford of Temperance is a 2017 Jefferson High School graduate. She is pursuing an associate degree in nursing while attending MCCC.
