MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the William E. Rupp Scholarship to Todd Salisbury. The $3,000 scholarship is to be used for tuition, books, and fees.
Salisbury of Monroe is a 2019 graduate of Jefferson High School. He will be working towards an associate degree in professional communications with interests in journalism and radio. He is the editor of the ‘Agora’ and won three awards from the Michigan Community College Press Association. He is the son of Rachelle Salisbury.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a Monroe County resident, a U.S. Citizen and maintain a full-time enrollment status of twelve credit hours or more. In addition, the student must have a GPA of 3.4 or above.
