The Foundation At MCCC Awards The Visiting Angels Home Care CNA Scholarship

MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded Visiting Angels Home Care CNA Scholarship to Ashton Robinette. The $1,500 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees, supplies and books.

Robinette of Temperance is a 2012 graduate of Penn Foster High School. She is studying early childhood education while attending MCCC. Robinette volunteers at her children’s school. Ashton is the wife to Dylan Robinette and mother to Gavin, Kayden, Anna and Rylie Robinette.

To be eligible for this scholarship, the student must be enrolled in the certified nurse aide program, a resident of the state of Michigan, with the highest preference given to a non-traditional student and to a student with a demonstrated financial need.
