MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Mary Mosingo Cobb Memorial Scholarship to Kayla Webster. The $1,100 scholarship is to be used for tuition.
Webster of Carleton is a 2018 graduate of Airport High School. She is studying early childhood development while attending MCCC. Webster is in the Upward Bound Program and is the daughter of Jamie and Kyle McLaughlin.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled in the Early Childhood Development program at MCCC, maintain at least part-time enrollment, have a 3.0 grade point average or higher, be a Monroe County, Michigan, resident and be currently involved in community service.
