MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded The Mariya Heinzerling Memorial Scholarship, formally the Student Nurses Association Scholarship, to Samantha Schall. The $1000 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees, books and supplies.
Schall of Erie is a 2010 graduate of Summerfield High School. She is studying nursing while attending MCCC. Schall is an active member of the Student Nurses Association. Samantha is the daughter of Ralph and Marie Schall.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student be enrolled in the Registered Nursing Program or Licensed Practical Nursing Certificate Program at Monroe County Community College, be a member of the MCCC Student Nurses Association and have a 3.4 grade point average or higher.
