MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the M. Carol Kish Culinary Scholarship to Heather Welling. The $1,000 scholarship is to be used for tuition.
Welling of Ida is a 2018 graduate of Ida High School. She is studying culinary skills and management while attending MCCC.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled in the Culinary Skills and Management Program, have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher, and must be attending at least part-time, defined as six credit hours per semester.
