MONROE, Mich.—The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Hallie H. Billmire scholarship to Hannah Preston. The $1,500 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees books, supplies and other education expenses.
Preston of Dundee, is a 2018 homeschool graduate. She will be studying elementary education while attending MCCC. She was involved in the play, “It’s a Wonderful Life,” at MCCC and is also a writing fellow. Preston is the daughter of Tanya and Randall Preston.
