The Foundation At MCCC Awards Guire Scholarship

MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Guire Scholarship to Madison Howard, of Trenton. The $2,200 scholarship is to be used for tuition.

Howard of Trenton is a 2017 graduate of Trenton High School. She will be studying respiratory therapy while attending MCCC and also works as a student assistant in the Learning Assistant Lab. Howard is the daughter of Jennifer and Daniel Killingback.

The Guire scholarship was established by the Iva Mennig Trust to assist with tuition payment for students majoring in math or science who have financial need and have shown academic excellence.
