MONROE, Mich. -- The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Perry Scholarship to Seth Nisley. The $1,900 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees, and books.
Nisley of Carleton is a 2018 graduate of a homeschool program. Nisley will be studying general education while attending MCCC. He plans to transfer to Eastern Michigan University to study Japanese Language and Culture. Nisley has continuously volunteered for the Salvation Army as well as participating in Monroe County 4-H. Seth is the son of Terry and Michelle Nisley.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must maintain full time enrollment, have a 3.0 GPA and be enrolled in a transfer program that is offered at MCCC.
