MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Mary Mosingo Cobb Memorial Scholarship to Megan Taylor. The $950 scholarship is to be used for tuition.
Taylor, of Monroe, is a 1993 Whitmer Senior High School graduate pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development at MCCC. She has been part of the Dean’s list at MCCC. She also is active with Great Start to Quality in Monroe County. She is the wife of Tim Taylor, and has three children, Jackson, Baylee, and Emma.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled in the Early Childhood Development program at MCCC, maintain at least part-time enrollment, have a 3.0 GPA or higher, be a Monroe County, Michigan, resident and be currently involved in community service.
