MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the M. Carol Kish Culinary Scholarship to Steven Howe. The $950 scholarship is to be used for tuition.
Howe of Monroe is a 2008 graduate of Monroe High School. Howe is studying culinary skills and management while attending MCCC. Howe is the son of Thomas and Connie Howe and father of Maicee Howe.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled in the Culinary Skills and Management Program, have a GPA of 2.0 or higher, and must be attending at least part-time, six (6) credit hours per semester.
