MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Brian Rothman Memorial Scholarship to Jason Bean. The $800 scholarship is to be used for tuition and fees.
Bean of Monroe is a 2017 graduate of Jefferson High School. Bean is studying computer information systems while attending MCCC and plans to transfer to the University of Toledo to pursue a degree in computer science and engineering. Jason is the son of Danette Kohler and Jason Bean.
To be eligible for this scholarship a student must be a Monroe County Community College student, pursuing a degree in computer information systems and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preference is given to Monroe High School Graduates.
