MONROE, Mich.—The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Hallie H. Billmire scholarship to Todd Salisbury. The $1,500 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees books, supplies and other education expenses.
Salisbury, of Monroe, is a recent graduate of Jefferson High School. Salisbury will be studying public relations while attending MCCC. Todd is the son of Rachelle Salisbury.
