MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Marvin and Jean Baumann Family Scholarship to Samantha Schall. The $1,050 scholarship is to be used for tuition, books and fees.
Schall of Temperance is a 2010 graduate of Summerfield High School. Schall is studying nursing while attending MCCC. Samantha has previously received a bachelor’s degree in public relations and communications from Central Michigan University.
To be eligible for this scholarship a student must be pursuing a degree in an applied technology or health sciences occupational program at MCCC. The scholarship will be awarded to a student who is a resident of Monroe County, Michigan, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and must be enrolled for a minimum of six credit hours.
