MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Richard and Marjorie Sieb Scholarship to Brandon Chick. The $1,000 scholarship is to be used for tuition, books, and fees.
Chick, of Temperance, is a 2012 graduate of Bedford High School. He is pursuing a Liberal Arts degree at MCCC. He has recent involvement with leading young life, and volunteering at Bedford Alliance Church. He is the husband to Taylor Chick and the son of Sandra and James Chick.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a Monroe County resident, an U.S. Citizen and maintain at least part-time enrollment status of six credit hours or more. In addition, the donor prefers to assist a student returning to school after a period of other activities and demonstrates financial need.
