MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Guire Scholarship to Justin Vine, of South Rockwood. The $2,100 scholarship is to be used for tuition.
Vine, is a 2016 graduate of Airport High School and is studying Pre Engineering at MCCC. He is the son of Cathryn Vine and William Vine.
The Guire scholarship was established by the Iva Mennig Trust to assist with tuition payment for students majoring in math or science who have financial need and have shown academic excellence.
