MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the C.S. and Marion F. McIntyre Memorial Scholarship to Katelyn Lucio. The scholarship of $900 is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
Lucio, of Monroe, graduated from Monroe High School in 2015 and is pursuing a degree in Nursing at MCCC. She has earned a spot on the Dean’s list at MCCC and was in the National Honors Society during high school. She is the daughter of Daniel Lucio and Amy Buettner.
To be eligible for this scholarship a student must be enrolled in a Transfer Curriculum, maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher, be a full-time student status which is twelve (12) credit hours per semester and demonstrate financial need.
