MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the Eugene and Helen Beach Culinary Arts Scholarship to James McBride. The $1,000 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees books, supplies and other education expenses.
McBride, of Brownstown, a 2017 graduate of Oscar A. Carlson High School is studying in the Culinary Skills and Management Program at MCCC. He is the son of Donn and Belinda McBride.
To be eligible for this scholarship a student must enrolled in the Culinary Skills and Management program at MCCC requiring financial assistance and a student who demonstrates a high degree of professional integrity.
