MONROE, Mich. – The 2nd-Year Respiratory Therapy Club will sponsor a community flu shot clinic on Monday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Monroe County Community College.
The clinic will take place in the Welch Health Education Building, Room 139 on the Main Campus, 1555 S. Raisinville Rd., Monroe.
Flu shots will be administered by a certified CVS pharmacist and will take no more than 5-10 minutes to receive.
Those wishing to get a flu shot need to bring an ID card and health insurance card (if applicable). Everyone who wants a flu shot will get one, including those without insurance. Only those age 8 and older can be vaccinated, however.
