MONROE, Mich. – Monroe County Community College has awarded the M. Carol Kish Culinary Scholarship to Ann Houle. The $950 scholarship is to be used for tuition.
Houle, of Newport, is a 2008 graduate of Summit Academy High School and is enrolled in the Culinary Skills and Management Program at MCCC. She is the daughter of Thomas Houle and Meldonna Houle.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled in the Culinary Skills and Management Program, have a GPA of 2.0 or higher, and must be attending at least part-time, six (6) credit hours per semester..
