MONROE, Mich. – Monroe County Community College has awarded the Kirwen and Karau Scholarship to Jacob Huber. The $1,200 scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
Huber, is a 2016 graduate of Mason Senior High School and is pursuing an Associate’s Degree at MCCC. He is an assistant counselor at Holiday Camp this summer. He is the son of Randy Huber and Laura Huber.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be planning to transfer to a college or university to pursue a bachelor’s degree, a graduate of a Monroe County, Michigan, high school, must show high academic achievement and must maintain at least full-time enrollment status with twelve (12) credit hours.
