MONROE, Mich. – Monroe County Community College has awarded the MCCC Alumni Association Scholarship to Sarah Cociuba and Tina Reaume. The $1,000 scholarships are to be used for tuition, books, and fees.
Cociuba, of Newport, is a 2010 graduate of Airport High School and is pursuing a Respiratory Therapy degree at MCCC. She is very involved in her church singing in the choir and teaching Sunday school. She is the daughter of Crisitan and Daniela Cociuba.
Reaume, of Monroe, is a 1999 St. Mary Catholic Central High School graduate pursuing a Nursing degree at MCCC. She donates her blood to the American Red Cross every 8 weeks, participated in Relay for Life and is a member of the Michigan Student Nurses Association. She is the daughter of Bryan and Jeanne Reaume, the wife of Jeremy Kuehnlein and is the mother to Madison Kuehnlein.
