MONROE, Mich. – Monroe County Community College has awarded the C.S. and Marion F. McIntyre Memorial Scholarship to Brendan Fitzpatrick. The scholarship is to be used for tuition, fees and books.
Fitzpatrick, of South Rockwood, graduated from Airport High School in 2015 and is pursuing a degree in Business Management at MCCC. He is a coach for the varsity baseball and middle school football teams at Airport Schools and is a member of the St. Roch’s Catholic Church in Flat Rock. He is the son of Greg Fitzpatrick and Melody Fitzpatrick.
To be eligible for this scholarship a student must be enrolled in a Transfer Curriculum, maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher, be a full-time student status which is twelve (12) credit hours per semester and demonstrate financial need.
