The Zero-increase Renewal for Maintenance and Improvement for five more years will cover the completion of Phase 3 of critical maintenance and renovation projects across Main Campus in Monroe and the Whitman Center in Temperance. Most of MCCC’s facilities were originally built 60 years ago, and several were built in the 1990s; therefore, improvements to infrastructure and facilities are vital for MCCC to remain competitive and ensure an excellent environment for student service and learning, safety, accessibility and efficiency.
