Transcript Requests

Official Transcripts:

Students and previous students may request an official academic credit transcript by making a request in writing or via fax. Transcripts requested by 4:00 p.m. will generally be available for pickup at main campus or mailed out by 9:00 a.m. the following business day.  Transcripts may be requested via FAX, but we will not FAX transcripts to the recipient.  Requests should include your signature and your Social Security Number or 7 digit Student ID number we assigned to you.  Include your current address and phone number so that we may contact you if necessary.  Including your birth date also helps us to make sure we have the right record.   Please give us the address (and office if known), to where the transcript is to be sent and include $5.00 for each transcript requested.  We accept checks, money orders, Discover, VISA and MasterCard.  (Please do not mail cash.)  If you use a credit card, be sure to include the card number and the expiration date in your request.

What you need to know before ordering an Academic Credit Transcript:

  • Official transcripts requested will be mailed the next business day after payment is received.
  • Any transcript issued to the student, either by mail or in person, will be stamped "issued to student."
  • A transcript will not be issued for any student who has an indebtedness to the College.
  • The charge is $5.00 for each transcript requested.
  • Be sure to fill out the transcript request form completely. Include the office and address of the recipient. Your transcript will be mailed exactly as you have requested.
  • To comply with the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, no transcript will be released to third parties without the written authorization of the student.
