2015 Commencement Ceremony

           Gerald Welch Health Education Building Auditorium,

Important Information about Graduation

Students completing requirements for degrees during the Fall 2014, Winter, Spring or Summer 2015 are eligible and encouraged to participate in the 2015 Commencement Ceremony in May.   Participation is not mandatory.  

Cap, Gown and Tassel

GRADFEST 2015 will be held on March 24 in the Main campus dining area (Building A) from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 4 – 6 p.m. Get everything you need for graduation at this celebration while enjoying entertainment and refreshments!  You will pay for and pick up your cap, gown, tassel and tickets on this day. 

The fee for the cap, gown and tassel is $25.  Additional tassels may be purchased for $5.  If your GPA is 3.500 or higher after the Fall 2014 semester, the college will provide you with an honor cord to signify graduation with honors.  Please come prepared to pay on March 24 by cash, check, money order, VISA, Discover Card or MasterCard.

You will have the opportunity at GRADFEST to order graduation announcements and class rings, or you may preorder these items by visiting www.jostens.com/college

Commencement and Rehearsal

Commencement is on May 1, 2015 and will be held on main campus in the Welch Health Education Building.  The Commencement Ceremony will begin at 7 p.m.  Rehearsal for ceremony participants will also be held on Friday, May 1, in the Welch Health Education Building at 1:00 p.m.  The rehearsal will last approximately 1 ½ hours, participation is not mandatory.   

Guest Admission Tickets

Tickets for admission will be required for all guests.   You will receive your admission tickets when you pick up your cap and gown at GRADFEST 2015.  Due to limited seating, extra tickets will not be available.  If you have tickets you are not going to use, please give them to a fellow graduate.
