The eLearning Help Desk provides support for our eLearning/Brightspace system. The eLearning Help Desk can help students learn to use the various features within the Brightspace system and answer other basic technological questions related to effectively using Brightspace.

Brightspace is a web-based system that can be accessed from any device that has an Internet connection. Brightspace is used for completely online classes, blended classes which have some meetings on-campus and other meetings online, and as a supplement to a traditional on-ground classes.

Brightspace Login Information 

Login to Brightspace using your unique MCCC Webpal username and 7-digit student ID number for your password (Or whatever password you use for your MCCC college email account). If you have questions about Brightspace or need assistance with your login, please contact the Brightspace Help Desk at (734) 384-4328 or by email at elearning@monroeccc.edu

Additional Instructional Resources

Student Email
All currently enrolled credit students, as well as new and re-enrolling students, are assigned a MCCC email account. It is recommended that students login to their MCCC email account frequently as this is the email address of record for students.
